About Isabele
Isabele Mitchell is an American actress, writer, and former professional ballet dancer whose artistic background spans theatre, classical dance, and film.
Isabele developed a passion for the performing arts at an early age. She began studying theatre and classical ballet as a child, dedicating much of her early life to the discipline of performance. At seventeen, she moved to New York City to pursue her training and a professional career in ballet.
Her dance education included training with internationally recognized institutions, including American Ballet Theatre, the Kirov Academy of Ballet, and Dutch National Ballet. She later performed professionally with US International Ballet, developing an artistic foundation rooted in musicality, physical storytelling, and emotional expression.
After years immersed in the world of classical ballet, Isabele began exploring a new chapter in her creative career through acting. Her transition from the stage to the screen was a natural extension of her lifelong fascination with storytelling, human emotion, and the complexity of relationships.
She continued developing her craft through on-camera acting training at Actors Arsenal in Wilmington, North Carolina, studying under acting coach Gray Hawks. Her experience as a dancer informs her approach to character, bringing an awareness of physical expression, subtlety, and presence to her performances.
Alongside acting, Isabele has developed a passion for screenwriting and filmmaking. Her original work frequently explores themes of love, longing, identity, and the intricate dynamics of human connection. Influenced by romantic cinema, intimate character studies, and visually expressive storytelling, she is particularly drawn to narratives that balance emotional vulnerability with cinematic beauty.
Her creative interests extend across independent film, television, and original narrative projects, with a particular affinity for romantic dramas, psychologically layered characters, and stories centered on complex women.
Now based in Wilmington, North Carolina, Isabele continues to pursue opportunities in film and television while writing and developing her own projects.
At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of storytelling to capture the beauty, contradictions, and emotional depth of the human experience.
